RMA Policy (Returns)
TheHardDriveExperts.com offers our customers a 10 day money back guarantee on all unopened product, and an above industry standard 90 day warranty against any defects on used and refurbished parts. However, these guarantees are subject to the following conditions:
All international returns and shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
Any upgraded shipments will be at the customer’s expense.
All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by TheHardDriveExperts.com. This RMA number must be referenced on the box and/or shipping label or it will be refused upon delivery.
“Special order items” are non-returnable, no exceptions.
DOA, Damaged and missing product MUST be reported to TheHardDriveExperts.com within the first 24hrs of receipt. TheHardDriveExperts.com is not responsible for any DOA, missing or damaged product not reported within the first 24hrs of receipt. If a package is received in damaged condition and/or the product inside is damaged or missing, the courier will accept responsibility and reimburse any amount up to but not acceding $100. For this reason, our policy on damaged product is strictly enforced.
